Education innovation manager


As we move to the next exciting phase of our development, we are seeking an Education Innovation Manager to drive our education programme. You will be a key role in developing Ludgate's digital education initiatives. You will work on rolling out a digital/STEM programme across second level and primary level schools in West Cork, including building collaborations with our partners such as iWish, Vodafone, UCC, CIT, CETB and others to bring digital/STEM subjects to the fore in our schools. You will need to research and plan the student Digital/STEM centre in our new Ludgate #2 building. You will also work with our partners to develop an appropriate 3rd level training delivery in Skibbereen.


3+ years’ experience in similar education programmes

  • A background of managing multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong project management skills needed to create the digital / STEM centre
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain multiple relationships
  • Clean drivers’ licence with own transport to travel within Munster and further afield
