DESCRIPTION:Ludgate is delighted to host as part of Tech Fest with IT@Cork Des Golden presenting on Cognitive Performance for the Tech Entrepreneur \nJust like a sprinter should understand running mechanics\, a knowledge worker should understand how the brain works. Insights can be transformative for both our personal and professional lives. The Knowledge worker is paid to think and solve problems\, It stands to reason then that we should come to understand how best to create the conditions for our brain to have more insights . Join Brain-Based Coach\, Des Golden for this session on Cognitive Performance where he will help us understand how we can create the conditions for our brain to have more insights that leads to an increase in motivation and an improvement in performance. \nDes facilitates leaders\, entrepreneurs and Teams from around the world to better performance.  \nAfter spending time lecturing in Physical Education and coaching at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Spain he studied the Neuroscience of Coaching at the Neuro leadership Institute (NLI). He uses the NLI´s Results Coaching System methodology to great effect with his clients.  \nDes is a mindfulness practitioner and is a qualified health Coach with Precision Nutrition\, Canada. He facilitates health and well being seminars and workshops for clients in the UK & Ireland\, he is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
