This course is an excellent introduction to The Food Starter Programme kicking off on the 28th March offered by Local Enterprise Office. \nhis in-person training course is aimed at those interested in starting a local artisan food business and it will cover the following topics: \n\nUnderstanding local food culture\nFood in tourism\nWhere to sell your product\nExploring the basic tools to get started\nThe right product\nBasic legal requirements\nThis course is an excellent introduction to The Food Starter Programme starting on the 28th March\nGuest Speaker: A local food producer will also tell their story on how they started their food business\nPlaces are limited\, registration is required

We will be joined by Professor Anne Marie Minihane over zoom for the talk and Q&A. \nThis informal chat will consider what we mean by the term ‘health’\, and whether as individuals we pay enough attention to our health\, which is our greatest asset.  \nOur lifestyle has a large impact on our physical\, mental and social well-being throughout life. We will focus on the menopause and women’s health\, and the role of HRT and nutrition during the menopausal transition and as modulators of long term well-being.  \nAlways remember for behaviour change\, some is better than none and more is better than less.
