We are in the process of reopening the Hub and we are happy to say we will be back in June.  Due to new guidelines set out in respect to COVID-19. We have made some changes to the way you can book a space, these new procedures will be reviewed on a regular basis and based on updates from the Government and COVID 19 Guidelines,

Unfortunately, as we will be restricted in the number of people we can have in the building , we will not be able to facilitate day hot desk users at present. Alternatively, we are opening new membership applications.

Two types of membership will be on offer. Terms and conditions will apply to both.

Application forms will be made available shortly. Once your application is confirmed/approved, a member of the Ludgate team will contact you directly.

The two options are as follows.

1. Associated memberships €180.00 plus VAT


10 day passes to be used within a calendar month.

Access Monday to Friday from 9am until 6 pm (5 pm on Fridays).

***Pre booking your days is essential (please book your days when completing the form)

** We will reserve the right to offer you an alternative date to come in if we have reached full capacity on a particular day.

***This membership will apply to one person only and cannot be shared with family or friends.

**Meeting Rooms can be rented at an extra cost.

** A minimum commitment of 2 months will be required for this membership.

2. Full membership, €240 per month plus VAT


24/7 access to the building

Access to meeting areas included

Your own FOB for access

Membership will apply to one person and cannot be shared with family or friends.

Designated Full time desk

**Minimum commitment of 4 months.

**A deposit of one month’s rent will also be required.
